General Information
- Registration is near the race starting point.
- The course is immediately to the east of the Farringdon Community Acadamy, and to the north of the junction of Silksworth Road and B1286 Silksworth Way.
- Date – Sunday, 1st September 2024.
- First Event – 11.00 AM.
- Closing date for entries – Thursday 29th Aug 2024.
- Entry fee £24.00(SM) & £20.00(SW) per relay team, £5.00 per individual entry for other races.
- No entries on the day.

- Marshalls will be at junctions, so please obey their instructions.
- A course map will be available to view at the entry desk at the complex.

PLEASE NOTE
YOUR SAFETY IS IMPORTANT
- FIRST AID - Medical assistance will be stationed at the start/finish area and will provide medical help on route should you need it. If you are unable to finish, try to walk to the first aid post at the finish of the race or signal you need help to the marshals out on the course.
- PLEASE ENSURE the medical information requested on the reverse of your number is correctly completed.
Race Day Information
- Car Parking is limited near Farringdon Community Academy. Please use the parking at Silksworth Sports Complex Silksworth Lane Sunderland SR31PD. There is no parking on the course.
- Toilets are available within the Silksworth Sports Complex.
- Awards will be presented at the end of the races at the finish area.
- Running Numbers will be issued on race day.
- Running Numbers must be worn on the front of your vest and must not be mutilated or folded.
- Headphones and musical devices should not be worn.
- The Finish: Having finished please keep moving in the same order you crossed the line. Please ensure your number is clearly visible.
- Results will be on view shortly after the conclusion of races. They will also be posted on the Sunderland Harriers Website.
Start & Assembly Area
The assembly area is the field immediately to the east of the College, and to the north of the junction of Silksworth Road and the B1286 Silksworth Way. All participants should be at this point no later than five minutes before the start of their race.
Changing Accommodation
No changing facilities will be available. The organisers will accept no liability for loss of, or damage to, competitors' property.
