The assembly area is conveniently located on the approach path to the complex, specifically from the direction of Silksworth. To ensure a smooth start, we kindly ask that all participants arrive at this point no later than five minutes prior to the commencement of their race. As we strive for an organised and efficient event, we kindly request that you line up according to your estimated finishing time.
Your adherence to these instructions will contribute to the overall success of the event. We wish you a remarkable and enjoyable race experience.
For your convenience, changing facilities and showers will be provided within the ski slope changing rooms. However, we kindly request that you refrain from leaving any baggage in the changing area. Instead, we offer secure lockers for your use, requiring a 20p piece to operate. Please note that the organizers cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to competitors' personal belongings. Your cooperation in utilizing the lockers and taking necessary precautions is greatly appreciated. Your comfort and safety are our utmost priority.
All participants take part in the Sunderland Harriers 5K Road Race and the Junior 2 Mile Race at their own risk. The organisers shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, actions, claims, costs, or expenses which may arise in connection with participation in these events. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they are in suitable health and condition to compete.
